I tend to have a weird approach to music collection.

See, I tend to have a problem in that if I like a group, I tend to prefer to collect every single album they've ever released. Which is pretty much the complete reversal of the singles-centric electronica lifestyle. And since I don't go clubbing or hang out with DJs, I don't always know what's worth grabbing from the record store.

So I've ended up with a lot of fairly out-there music because I'll buy the lesser-known albums after the flash-in-a-pan popularity has burned out.

I have a lot of old links pointing to this article that hasn't been present for a long long time, so I figure I should wrote something here. I found my old review in the Internet Archive and decided that I should really write it all over again. I'm a better writer now, and I can give more thoughts.
