Close to dogfoodable

Okay, it's frighteningly close to a dogfoodable state.

What you don't see here is that there's command-pattern dispatching of commands now, a whole lot of hacks gone, and a database backend.

The toolbars aren't command enabled, that needs to change. And I need to start writing actual commands.... like "launch photoshop" and "move to..." and "copy from..." and stuff.
