I ride on the Continental Gators - still the same pair from Lifecycle 7. no punctures so far (crossing fingers)... Just me breaking stems.

Tire changing isn't bad. I was able to use 2 tire irons and my finger to get the tire off with no problems. Not quite as tight as other tires I've helped others replace.
